Q: Can You Take My Furniture Apart If Necessary?

A: If Necessary, Yes. Disassembly and Reassembly of Basic Furniture Is A Free Service Included In Your Estimate. For Liability Reasons, We Can Not Disconnect Or Connect Gas Lines From Appliances or Reassemble Baby Cribs.

Q: Do I Have To Be At Pickup Or Can Someone Be Present For Me?

A: If You Can Not Be Present For Your Pickup, Ask Your Relocation Specialist To Send You A Pickup Authorization Form For An Alternate Party. The Relocation Specialist Will Inform You How To Complete The Process.

Q: How Long Will It Take For My Goods To Be Delivered?

A: Estimated Time Frames For Delivery Are Different For Every Region And Depends On The Season. The Most Common Estimated Time Frame Is 7-14 Days. Ask Your Relocation Specialist For The Correct Estimated Time Frame For Your Destination.

A: Yes. This Is Not Possible For All Moves However. Ask Your Relocation Specialist about "Guaranteed Delivery" or "Straight Delivery" And The Associated Charges For Such Services.

Q: How Do I Know My Household Goods Are Safe?

A: While Many Other Moving Companies Have Issue With Theft, Elite Moving and Storage Has A Unique Approach. All Goods Transfers At Our Undisclosed Facility Are Done Under Security Camera Surveillance By The Immediate Supervision Of Our Dispatcher. All Goods Are Locked In Individual Enclosed Holding Areas Until Ready For Delivery. Access To Keys For These Areas Is Maintained Only By The Dispatcher And Offsite By The Office Manager.

Q: What Are The Payment Terms And How Can I Pay For My Move?

A: We Only Require A $100 Deposit For Your Move Which Is Refundable Until 12pm PST The Day Before Your Soonest Scheduled Move Date. Fifty Percent Is Due At The Time of Pickup, And The Remaining Fifty Percent Is Due Upon Delivery. We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders, Cash, and Personal Checks At The Time Of Pickup Only. Any Remaining Balance Due Upon Delivery Is Payable By Cash or US Postal Money Order ONLY.
